We are on a high-paced growth path and are looking for a Partner Manager for the European region to join our team.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Contacting incoming partner leads via email, calls or video calls;
- Qualifying new partners and handling their training;
- Reaching out to existing partners for upsell opportunities;
- Organizing partner visits and participating in trade shows;
- Participating in digital campaign planning together with the rest of commercial team to maximize awareness and incoming leads;
- Helping our partners understand how our products can solve their problems and improve their overall processes for their clients;
- Working together with our customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
We’re a perfect match if you are:
- Technical and curious: You will work with large international institutions and you will have to learn and understand the issues they face and how we can solve them. We're looking for someone who's curious and isn't afraid to ask questions.
- Organized: There will be a lot of leads to get through and information to keep straight. You must be able to organize and manage your time efficiently.
- Can manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners.
It would be great if you:
- Are familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot (or other)
- Have excellent English as you will be primarily speaking with Native English speakers, other languages are considered a plus.
