We are on a high-paced growth path and are looking for an Account and Partner Manager for the North America region to join our sales team.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Proactively generating new high value sales prospects via reachouts or existing lead reactivation;
- Reaching out to existing customers and partners for upsell opportunities;
- Closing existing account prospects;
- Contacting incoming leads via email, calls or video calls;
- Organizing client visits and tradeshow participation; Up to 25% Travel;
- Participating in digital campaign planning together with the rest of commercial team to maximize awareness and incoming leads;
- Helping our clients understand how our products can solve their problems and improve overall processes for their clients;
- Working together with our customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
We’re a perfect match if you are:
- Technical and curious: You will work with large international institutions and you will have to learn and understand the issues they face and how we can solve them. We're looking for someone who's curious and isn't afraid to ask questions.
- Organized: There will be a lot of leads to get through and information to keep straight. You must be able to organize and manage your time efficiently.
- Can manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners.
- Have excellent English as you will be primarily speaking with Native English speakers.
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot (or other).
- Available to work Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 21:00, Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
